Xtrfy presents 3 new products – including a new type of mouse bungee

Landskrona 2016-10-25 13:37

Merely a week after launching the new M3 optical gaming mouse, Xtrfy introduces no less than three additional products.

B1 Mouse bungee
First up is the B1, a newly developed mouse bungee that makes gaming smoother by eliminating the drag from the mouse cord. The B1 is developed in collaboration with eSports organization Ninjas in Pyjamas, and built on the experience of professional gamers. The result is a new type of mouse bungee that is both steadier and more flexible – all to help gamers perform better.

”In order to truly enhance player performance, the bungee needs to be flexible enough to follow every mouse movement without resistance. The B1 has a new construction that makes it more flexible than any other mouse bungee, providing smoother movements and better mouse control”, says Emil ”HeatoN” Christensen, eight-time World Champion in Counter-Strike and founder of Ninjas in Pyjamas.

The unique design features a flexible silicone arm that follows the player’s mouse movements, and a super-steady base that keeps the bungee firmly in place during the most demanding gaming situations. Apart from maximizing mouse precision, the B1 also brings a 4-port USB hub to the table.

C1 Mouse cord holder
Xtrfy also launches a mouse cord holder named C1 – a light alternative to the B1 mouse bungee. The C1 is a quick solution that reduces the drag from the mouse cord by simply holding it in a fixed position. With a strong magnet that keeps the cord holder perfectly still, and the ability to adjust the angle of the mouse cord, the C1 offers a range of new features for a cord holder in this class.

A1 Mechanical keyboard enhancement kit
The third product announced is an accessory kit for mechanical keyboards. The A1 features 5 frost white keycaps for keyboard customization, a keycap puller for easy cap switching, a brush for cleaning and 120 sound dampening o-rings, providing an easy way to make your mechanical keyboard quieter for both yourself and those around you.

More information about the A1 can be found on xtrfy.com/product/xg-a1/

The new products will be available in stores before christmas. For business related questions, please contact Joakim Jansson, Co-founder of Xtrfy: joakim.jansson@xtrfy.com, +46(0)462736001.

Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg in new collaboration with Xtrfy

Landskrona 2016-09-05 15:00

Gaming gear manufacturer Xtrfy and the renowned pro gamer f0rest unveil new mousepad.

Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg is a Swedish pro gamer and member of the famous CS:GO team Ninjas in Pyjamas. After more than a decade at the highest level of competition, f0rest has become a well-known name among gamers worldwide. Today, he revealed his first own gaming product in cooperation with Xtrfy.

The XTP1 f0rest edition is a redesigned version of the XTP1 mousepad, which has long been a part of f0rest’s gaming gear setup.

“I’m really proud of releasing this mousepad with Xtrfy, and I’m super happy with the way it turned out. The motif feels natural since I listen to a lot of rock music and like dark themes – and it ties in perfectly with my nickname. I’ll be using this mousepad with pride and I hope that many will like it as much as I do”, says Patrik Lindberg.

The XTP1 is a high-performing cloth mousepad. The advanced weaving structure of the surface is designed to provide great glide and super-precise mouse tracking, while the natural rubber base promises to keep the pad perfectly still during the most intense moments of gaming. The size of the pad is Large (460 x 400 x 4 mm), providing plenty of room for both high and low mouse sensitivity settings.

“For me, the mouse and the pad are equally important, that’s where you feel the difference and can improve your play by using the right equipment. The thing that impresses me the most about the XTP1 mousepad is the surface. The glide is just perfect, and it remains the same even through long periods of intense play”, says Patrik Lindberg.

Introducing the King of Banana mousepad

Landskrona 2016-03-30 13:37

Yet another professional gamer chooses to team up with Xtrfy to create his own mousepad. The new addition to the XTP1 mousepad series is designed in collaboration with CS:GO player friberg, also known throughout the gaming community as the “King of Banana”.

Adam Friberg is a Swedish pro gamer and a key player in the world-renowned team Ninjas in Pyjamas. As a skillful rifler, he has helped his team win numerous tournaments over the years. Apart from his long list of achievements, friberg has become famous for his way of dominating the Banana area of CS:GO map Inferno.

“At Xtrfy, we’re proud to be the choice of many professional gamers and we’re really happy to create a mousepad with a player like friberg”, says Joakim Jansson, Co-founder of Xtrfy.

The new mousepad is a redesigned version of Xtrfy’s XTP1, a high-performing cloth pad. The advanced weaving structure of the surface is designed to provide great glide and super-precise tracking for both laser and optical mice, while the natural rubber base promises to keep the pad perfectly still during the most intense moments of gaming. The size of the pad is Large (460 x 400 x 4 mm), providing plenty of room for both high and low mouse sensitivity settings.

“The choice of materials for my mousepad felt natural since I’ve been using the XTP1 for more than a year now”, says Adam Friberg. “What makes it stand out is the quality. After thousands of hours of gaming, the friction of the surface hasn’t changed at all. It’s also more comfortable than any other mousepad I’ve ever used, which is important especially since I keep my wrist on the pad when I play”, Adam Friberg explains.

The new mousepad is available for a closer look at www.xtrfy.com/product/xtp1-friberg-edition/ and will be sent out to stores during this spring and summer.

Xtrfy introduces three new gaming products at Dreamhack

Landskrona 2015-11-24 13:37

Skärmavbild 2014-08-28 kl. 13.15.20

At Dreamhack Winter 2015 in Jönköping, Xtrfy will unveil three brand new products – including the world’s fastest gaming keyboard.

“We are constantly working to create the best gear for gamers, and we are happy to introduce several new products at Dreamhack this weekend. The Xtrfy booth will be open for all visitors to come and try the new gear”, says Joakim Jansson, Co-founder of Xtrfy.

The new products are all developed with a focus on helping gamers improve their performance.

K2-RGB, The world’s fastest gaming keyboard

First up is a new addition to Xtrfy’s critically acclaimed series of gaming keyboards: the K2-RGB. A mechanical keyboard with 16.8 million color LED illumination. Built in collaboration with leading developers in the great gaming nation of Korea, the K2-RGB features a new super scan technology, increasing the keyboard’s reaction speed. Keystrokes are scanned and delivered to the computer in a total time of 0.001 seconds, making it the fastest gaming keyboard in the world.

The K2-RGB is highly customizable, and all settings are made directly on the keyboard. Color profiles and recorded macros are stored in a built-in memory, allowing the user to connect the keyboard to any computer and play with all personal settings in place.

The new RGB key illumination features numerous lighting options, including several backlight modes, typing effects, and LED equalizers moving in sync with the surrounding sounds or music. For full customization, the color of each key can be set individually by using the keyboard’s 180-color hardware palette. Gamers can also choose which keys to light up and disable all the rest, focusing entirely on the game controls.

GP3-L-HEATON, Hard gaming mousepad designed by HeatoN

The second product to be presented at Dreamhack is a hard gaming mousepad designed by Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, eight-time World Champion in Counter-Strike and founder of eSports organization Ninjas in Pyjamas. The GP3 mousepad is designed for enhanced mouse control, stability and precision, and is composed of high quality materials – all hand picked by HeatoN.

“Aiming for my vision of the perfect mousepad, I’ve chosen a hard, reflective surface that enables highly responsive tracking and provides just the right amount of friction to deliver great glide while maintaining control. The pad has a polycarbonate core for great durability, and a natural rubber base that keeps the pad firmly in place”, Emil Christensen explains.

XGP1-XL3, Extra large gaming mousepad

Last, but definitely not least, Xtrfy launches an extra large mousepad named XL3. This pad features a high quality cloth surface for increased precision, stitched edges for better durability, and a natural rubber base that prevents it from sliding in any gaming situation. Measuring 92 x 36 centimeters, the XL3 provides plenty of room for both mouse and keyboard. And for convenience, the pad is machine washable.

The new products can be seen at Dreamhack Winter, 26-29 November in Jönköping, and will be available in stores in early 2016. Full product specifications can be found at xtrfy.com:

Landskrona 2015-08-17 13:37

This Autumn, the XG-M2 will start arriving in stores. Xtrfy’s new addition to the eSports scene is an optical gaming mouse approved by NiP.

After a series of appreciated gaming products, including two critically acclaimed keyboards, Xtrfy expand their product line by launching the XG-M2. Although the aim was to release the mouse during the summer, the launch was postponed due to Xtrfy’s high demands on quality.

”We have seen a great interest in this product since the announcement in June. However, quality is key to us and we decided to postpone the launch for some finishing touches on the construction. The XG-M2 is now ready for launch and we are really happy with the result”, says Patric Jönsson, CEO at Xtrfy.

The XG-M2 is developed with a focus on improving player performance.

“Our goal was to create a reliable, high-performing mouse that is guaranteed to help gamers improve. The XG-M2 is a result of carefully selected components and features that we know will do the job”, says Joakim Jansson, Co-founder of Xtrfy.

The XG-M2 is a right-handed mouse, designed with a well-known ambidextrous shape to suit different grip styles.

“The shape of this mouse is specifically chosen on recommendation from our network of professional gamers. During the process, we saw that this shape was highly appreciated by many players, although the inside often left a lot to be desired. Based on the input, we together created a mouse with some of the most consistent performing components out there”, says Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, Owner/founder of NiP.

The XG-M2 is equipped with the Pixart PMW 3310 optical gaming sensor for great speed, stability and precision. To ensure maximum control, the mouse is provided with a rubberized anti-slip surface for enhanced grip, and teflon feet for superior glide. It has 5 buttons for quick and easy handling, plus a polling rate switch and CPI-buttons for adjusting mouse sensitivity. Built to provide consistent performance for a long time to come, the XG-M2 features high-quality Omron switches and a braided, hard-wearing cable. In terms of durability, the use of teflon feet is also favorable.

The focus on performance is no barrier when it comes to aesthetics. The XG-M2 features 3-zone LED illumination, creating an impactful lighting on the side, the scroll wheel and the logo.

Xtrfy will also launch a special version of the XG-M2, named XG-M2-NIP, which will be produced in a limited edition. The M2-NIP is redesigned and carrying the iconic symbol of Ninjas in Pyjamas, known as one of the most succesful teams in the history of eSports.

Both mice are also thoroughly tested and approved by the members of NiP, as well as the Norwegian team LGB eSports.
