START AT THE RIGHT END

To maximize your gaming experience, it’s important to make sure that the headset has the right conditions to perform. With a good internal or external sound card, you give the headset the possibility to perform the way it’s designed to.

AVOID NOISY HARDWARE

A good sound card also helps you avoid sound card-related noise that affects headsets of all kinds, for example interference coming from your computer. If you’re experiencing noise, an external sound card may be a good solution. Another tip is to optimize the sound card settings (under Properties, there are often options for noise suppression). Updating the sound card drivers is also a good idea.

SET UP THE MIC

The H1 is built for the highest level of esports and the microphone is designed to meet the requirements of our professional players. The mic is thoroughly fine-tuned for perfect passive noise cancellation and it’s important to use it the way it’s intended.

THE RIGHT PLACEMENT
= THE RIGHT SOUND

The mic is designed to filter out the voices of fellow gamers and other surrounding sounds, using a supercardioid polar pattern. Since the pickup angle is tight, it’s important to position the mic at the right angle and distance. Place the mic about 1 cm from your mouth and make sure that the opening is positioned directly towards you (you’ll find it by removing the foam windscreen).

By starting at the right end, you’ll get the most out of your headset. We hope you’ll be as satisfied with it as we are. GLHF!
